Payment

Payment is only received by PAYPAL at the moment and when Livinia Accessories adds a new payment method, it will be updated.

Livinia Accessories will ONLY ship to confirmed addresses through paypal.If your paypal reciept shows that your address is unconfirmed you will be refunded immediately and you will have to purchase your items again with the correct information. Kindly update your PayPal account with the correct address prior to placing your order. Livinia Accessories will NOT be responsible if your order is shipped to the incorrect address. In most cases, Livinia Accessories will not except emails with an address that differs from the address that is listed with PayPal for liability reasons. SHIPPING RATES
All Deliveries are made using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Mail Service to enable tracking
Delivery within the UK for only one piece of Jewelry costs 1.50 pounds
Delivery within the UK for more than one piece of jewelry is 3.00 pounds flat rate
FREE shipping on all orders of 40 Pounds or more shipped within the UK.

Worldwide shipping is 8 pounds and that is because we are using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Mail to ensure it gets to you in good time and intact.
NOTE: If it does not allow you to checkout, contact us so we can add your country.

Your tracking information will be provided to you upon shipment to enable you track them online.

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed Monday-Friday between 7am-5pm and shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Mail which has tracking options, however, if you want cheaper alternatives, do not hesitate to contact Livinia Accessories. You will be notified by email when your order ships along with your tracking number. Note: When tracking your package updates may not be available for the first 24hours.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We pride ourselves on great customer service at Livinia Accessories but due to health concerns we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on merchandise. However, if you have any problems with your orders please contact us at [email protected]. and we will work diligently with you to resolve the problem.
